About Us

Infowell is an independent English-language health and wellness publication. We create practical guides for readers who want to understand everyday questions about women’s health, nutrition, fitness, sleep, gut health, mental wellbeing, and supplements without miracle claims or product-first pressure.

What Infowell is—and is not

Infowell is an educational publisher, not a clinic, medical practice, pharmacy, laboratory, or substitute for a qualified health professional. We cannot diagnose a reader, review an individual medical history, or choose a treatment. Articles should help readers frame better questions, compare reasonable options, recognize uncertainty, and know when self-care is not enough.

How we build a guide

Before drafting, the editorial desk defines one reader task and checks whether an existing Infowell page already owns that intent. Material health claims are traced to current authoritative or primary sources. Depending on the topic, these may include government health agencies, clinical guidelines, systematic reviews, peer-reviewed research, and official regulatory information.

Sources are not decoration. A citation must support the nearby claim, including the population, comparison, dose or exposure, timeframe, and limitations when those details matter. We distinguish established guidance from emerging evidence, and association from causation.

Human editorial responsibility and software use

Infowell may use software, including AI-assisted tools, to organize research notes, compare outlines, identify repetition, or improve readability. Automated output is not treated as evidence or published without manual review and curation. The editorial desk remains responsible for source selection, claim accuracy, uncertainty, safety wording, original synthesis, corrections, and the final page.

We do not invent personal testing, patient stories, professional credentials, quotations, rankings, or “expert picks.” Product or supplement comparisons must explain the method and limits; otherwise we use a descriptive guide rather than a winner list.

Safety, independence, and commercial separation

Health content should include contraindications, interactions, red flags, or care guidance when the topic requires them. A disclaimer cannot rescue an unsafe claim. Advertising and potential commercial relationships do not control our conclusions, source standards, or correction decisions. See our Editorial Policy, Medical Disclaimer, and Advertising Disclosure.

Corrections and contact

If you find a factual error, broken source, unclear limitation, accessibility problem, or outdated recommendation, send the page URL and a short description to infowellhub@gmail.com. We review correction requests against the original and current source rather than silently changing a material claim.
